Ashley Hovey is a strategy and operations executive known for building scalable systems that drive growth, efficiency, and long-term value across sports, media, and entertainment organizations.
She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Business Services at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where she led Corporate Operations, Global Travel, and Strategic Sourcing & Procurement across the agency’s global business. In that role, Ashley built and led the operational infrastructure supporting CAA’s worldwide operations while managing approximately $300 million in annual spend and implementing systems and partnerships that improved performance and scale across the organization.
Across her career, Ashley has managed more than $2.5 billion in spend and delivered over $200 million in measurable value through operational transformation, strategic partnerships, and modern operating models. Her work has included negotiating venue and partnership agreements, designing global travel and logistics strategies, managing premium hospitality and suite programs, and implementing operational frameworks that support high-performing teams.
Ashley’s leadership experience spans organizations including Disney, ESPN, Paramount Pictures, and CAA, where she worked at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and growth.
